We Rent Camera's, Movi's, Lights, and More in Houston!
Fill out a new customer rental application with a credit card to be placed on the account.
A 25% deposit of the rental price is needed to schedule date.
Schedule a drop off time/location and pickup time/location.
The equipment is inspected and checked into inventory.
Customer will receive a confirmation the rental is closed out. If there is damage to the equipment it will immediately go out for repair. Once item is repaired we will notify you of the repair cost and charge the credit card on file. If payment is not settled within (5) business days it will go to collections.
Do I need rental equipment Insurance?
Yes, you will need a rental policy in order to rent our gear.
If you need renters policy (Annual or short term) Athos Insurance Services can help. They have streamlined the process to purchase directly online.
Do we provide training on rental gear?
Yes, you can purchase optional training as an add on to the rental. On drop off we can help you set up and demonstrate how to use equipment.
Are the manuals included with rental?
Yes, we included all manuals with every rental if it's not available we will provide links on website.
Can you rent for extended periods?
Yes, discuss with us your estimated project length we will quote a reduced rate.
What am I liable for when renting equipment?
The renter is liable for the equipment 100%. Normal wear and tear is going to happen we are more concerned with actual damage to the equipment. You will be responsible for repair and or replacement of the item. Once it has been repaired or determined it needs to be replaced we will charge your credit card on file. If payment is not able to be made it will be sent to collections after 5 buisness days.
